Pastor Tom Foelber is serving as vacancy pastor to the St. Paul congregation while they are in the process to call a full-time pastor. Pastor Foelber previously served two schools and three congregations for forty years as a Lutheran teacher and pastor. He is the Pastor Emeritus of Saint James Ev. Lutheran Church in Overlea.
