Trunk or Treat is back by popular demand! St. Paul’s parking lot becomes a family-friendly Trunk or Treat zone for the community on Saturday, October 31, from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
St. Paul church & school families gather and park their vehicles with open, decorated trunks facing the middle of the lot. Children and their parents/guardians from Catonsville and the larger community circle among the parked vehicles to collect candy and small prizes.
Children are invited to wear their costumes for Trunk or Treat.

ESL: Learn to Speak English (or Volunteer to Help Others Learn)
ESL Classes – Fall 2026
St. Paul has offered FREE English as a Second Language (ESL) classes since 2008.
Our fall session is from September 21 through November 30, 2026, meeting twice a week. Classes are Monday and Thursday evenings from 7:15 PM – 9:00 PM. Students can come both nights or one night.
Please invite those who may benefit from the classes, and sign up to volunteer as an aide.

Lutheran Books and Beer
“Lutheran Books and Beer” returns on September 24 with Chapter 1 of a new book, Has American Christianity Failed? by Bryan Wolfmueller.
The author asks the question: has American Christianity lost sight of Christ’s finished work? He explores the weaknesses of revivalism, pietism, mysticism, and enthusiasm, then points readers back to the certainty of God’s Word, forgiveness, and the promises of Jesus.
We meet at The Rathskeller in Elkridge, Maryland, usually on the 4th Thursday of each month, to discuss various books of interest. Buy a copy of the book from your favorite retailer, start reading, and join us!

Please join us on Sundays at 8:45 AM for our Sunday School for children (except during Summer break), youth and adults, then for Worship at 10 AM.
